We Specialize in Breeding Golden Retrievers
If you're looking to get a red Golden Retriever because you want a wonderful family pet, a companion, a dog to participate in fun sporting activities, a therapy animal, or an emotional support animal, then you have found the right place! Our Golden Retrievers with us in Elizabeth, Colorado. Here they sleep overnight in the house with their humans and have access to run and explore outside during the day. Since we view our dogs and their puppies as a family unit, our goal is to provide them the best possible life because they deserve nothing less than that! We are a small scale breeder and only have a couple of litters per year in order to give our dogs and their puppies the individual care and love that they very much need.
All of our dogs are AKC registered (American Kennel Club - largest purebred registry in the world), CHIC certified, DNA tested, tested for Brucellosis, and followed by our reproductive veterinarian in addition to their routine veterinarian. We follow testing recommendations (hips, eyes, heart, elbows, and thyroid) by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) and incorporate routine preventative care yearly (blood work, fecal tests, teeth cleanings, etc) on all of our dogs. These tests are performed on our dogs to prevent passing hereditary diseases to their offspring and ensure we provide our clients with healthy puppies.
Puppies in our breeding program participate in ESI (Early Scent Introduction) and ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) from a young age (when socialization starts). They are provided with daily handling exercises and curriculum activities to enrich their learning and help desensitize them to the world around them (yes, our puppies go to school everyday!). Before puppies are selected in person by their new owners, we evaluate them separately through a puppy aptitude test and provide the results to our clients.

Make Your Life Golden!
After traveling to over 25 countries overseas together, we decided to settle down in Elizabeth, Colorado.
Dog breeding and dog ownership has been a part of our family for many years. We have had Golden Retrievers as pets since we were children and our family has been breeding dogs for over 20 years in Colorado. Our dogs also have a HUGE role in our lives outside of breeding. Since they are our companions for life and easily fit into our active lifestyle, they frequently go on outdoor adventures with us. That's why we decided to use nature inspired names for all of our dogs. |
