24. We ask our clients to respond back to us within 24 hours of getting offered a puppy spot on a litter. Are you okay with this process? If you are out of town or busy when we start to call down the waitlist, please communicate that to us.
25. Raising a puppy is a lot of work, but also very rewarding. It will require additional money, patience, and time. Puppies will go through a biting stage that can last several months. Puppies will have accidents in your house and they will need a lot of training, exercise, and socialization. They will also require a lot of supervision and many bathroom breaks. Are you and your household members in a good place to add a puppy to your home?
26. We provide a complimentary one free month of pet insurance for unexpected illnesses/injuries by activating a code we provide to you from Trupanion. You will be required to activate the code and no payment information is needed in advance to receive this insurance. Are you okay with this process? We also highly recommend that you continue with a pet insurance plan for your puppy after that first month of taking them home (it's not required).
