Puppy Questionnaire
Please only submit this questionnaire when our waitlist is open! We wont accept it before the waitlist opens. Goldendoodle waitlist is kept separated from our Golden Retriever waitlist. We reserve the right to first pick from any litter.
You can copy and paste the 26 questions listed below starting from the top where it says "Name" into a new email and send it to [email protected]. We will review it and call you following that before sharing the deposit instructions. The deposit is non-refundable and will apply towards your total purchase price of the puppy.
We want to get to know you as much as possible to make sure we are a good fit as your breeder. Our goal is to place a puppy in their new home with their best interest in mind. We deeply care about our puppies and want to make sure they are going to a home that provides for their many needs. We are also happy to be a resource if you never raised a puppy.

10. Are you willing to wait until your dog is at least 18 months of age before they get neutered/spayed? (Go to this page to read why we want you to wait for health reasons)

19. Mother nature plays a role in when our dogs have heat cycles. If we cannot get you a puppy in the timeframe you prefer, are you willing to wait for the next available puppy spot?

23. If we accept a nonrefundable deposit from you upon approval of your questionnaire, we only allow you to pass on one litter when it's your turn. Are you okay with this process?
24. We ask our clients to respond back to us within 24 hours of getting offered a puppy spot on a litter. Are you okay with this process? If you are out of town or busy when we start to call down the waitlist, please communicate that to us.
25. Raising a puppy is a lot of work, but also very rewarding. It will require additional money, patience, and time. Puppies will go through a biting stage that can last several months. Puppies will have accidents in your house and they will need a lot of training, exercise, and socialization. They will also require a lot of supervision and many bathroom breaks. Are you and your household members in a good place to add a puppy to your home?
26. We provide a complimentary one free month of pet insurance for unexpected illnesses/injuries by activating a code we provide to you from Trupanion. You will be required to activate the code and no payment information is needed in advance to receive this insurance. Are you okay with this process? We also highly recommend that you continue with a pet insurance plan for your puppy after that first month of taking them home (it's not required).
