Hello! I grew up on Long Island, New York and moved to Colorado in 2011 to make my home an outdoor lovers paradise. I have over 10 years of experience working as a nurse, traveled to over 35 countries, lived overseas in New Zealand, and worked as a travel nurse in Hawaii.
Ever since my early childhood, I have had Golden Retrievers as pets. When I worked in the hospital, I frequently observed my patients in session with a Golden Retriever therapy dog. That is where I saw first hand how many other lives they touched during very difficult times. Golden Retrievers are heart healing angels without wings!
It is a personal goal of this breeding program to get our dogs involved as therapy dogs in healthcare facilities (nursing homes and hospitals). I strongly feel that this is my calling in life (to combine my career as a nurse with my passion for raising heart healing pets). We have a dog that recently became a registered therapy dog when she was evaluated by Pet Partners this fall and another dog we are going to get evaluated in 2025. We are excited to be on this journey with them and we want to share the comfort and love they provide to us with others in need!
Another goal of this breeding program is to provide more clients in need of a heart healing pet and help them with puppy placement in a way that allows the puppies to thrive in their new home. This is one of many reasons why we place a strong emphasis on the daily curriculum we provide to our puppies and perform evaluations when they are between 7-8 weeks of age. It is important to take into account their individual temperament when it comes time to assist our clients with placement of these puppies when they have specific needs.

Hello! I am a Colorado native who grew up in the small town of Elizabeth, Colorado. I grew up on a 20 acre ranch where we had horses, cows, and of course dogs. Raising animals and breeding animals has been a part of me for my entire life.
As a child I remember getting my first dog at the beginning of summer break right after school ended. I was so excited that I started building an agility course on the ranch to help train my dog. I found an old metal barrel with a scrap piece of wood to make a teeter totter. I used a horse jump for the obstacle course and then transformed an old hot water heater box into a tunnel for my dog to run through. I trained with my dog everyday during that summer break. This inspired me to continue owning dogs as pets and eventually want to breed them.
Whether you are looking for a dog to train in agility or as a companion, a Golden Retriever will be able to meet your needs and make your life golden!
